All of our standard rooms are equipped with queen-size bed and all-wood furniture. Standard rooms on higher floors have windows and offers a little taste of city view.

Despite the size, its comfort level is guaranteed to be equal with bigger rooms thanks to the care that we put into designing and decorating the room.

This compact accommodation was designed thoughtfully so that you have all that you need to ensure a relaxing business trip and a joyful and memorable family trip. Besides the smart TV and other in-room amenities, you can enjoy complimentary bottled water and get free access to our rooftop bar & restaurant and swimming pool from 7 am to 12 am.

Last but not least, our receptionists and managers, who are big fans of Ho Chi Minh city, are happy to answer any of your questions about the city. We will give you recommendations about where-to-eat, where-to-shop, what-to-see and what-to-do. And occasionally, we will show you around without charging you anything. Nothing beats having a dedicated local guide who can show you unconventional sites and great food!

Payment Policy:

  • No fee is applied for payment made by any card type (applicable from 1 Jan.2014).
  • All Promotional rates are exclusive of 10% tax and 5% service charges.

Check-in/out Policy:

  • Check-in: from 14:00;
  • Check out: no later than 12:00;
  • Early check-in: subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:

  • Late check-out is subject to room availability
  • 12:00 to 18:00 check-out: 50% room rate surcharge
  • After 18:00 check-out: 100% room rate surcharge

Guarantee Policy:

  • A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
  • You will be required to pay for the reservation in full after booking;
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any reservations without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activities associated with the full payments received.

Early arrivals and late departures:

  • If your arrival is early in the day and you would like immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access until you leave the hotel

Children Policy:

  • Child under 5-year old: free of charge.
  • Child from 5-year old to fewer than 12-year old: surcharge $7.5/person/room/night.
  • Child from 12-year old or extra Adult: surcharge $15/person/room/night.

Cancellation/Amendment Policy:

This policy defines how to handle cancellations:
  • If cancellation/amendment is made more than 72 hours prior to your arrival date, no fee will be charged.
  • If cancellation/amendment is made less than 72 hours, including reservations made within 72 hours of your arrival, 1st night’s room rate and tax will be charged
  • In case of no-show, the first night rate including and tax will be charged.
  • Early Bird/Long Stay/Last Minute/Package Rates are Non - changeable & Non – refundable
